Ken When I founded Always There in 1991, I asked myself one question, “What do people want to know while they are away?” The answer came to me instantly, “That we are Always There!”

Thus, our mission to be the most reliable, responsive and professional pet company was forged. Call any of our competitors and you’ll be lucky if they’re still in business. You’ll be lucky if you get a live person, and even luckier if they call you back. You shouldn’t have to work to give someone your business!

That’s not how we do things. When you call Always There, we take care of you fast and we get it right! As a matter of fact, if you’re a client in good standing we never turn you down for service! Consistent, quality service matters. “It’s in Our Name” and I guarantee it!

We’ve been featured nationally on Animal Planet’s “Petsburgh USA,” and in the national publication “Family Circle.” Ken Rodrigues (President) hosted the radio talk shows “Pets and People” on Real Radio 104.1 FM in 1994 and “mAnimal Mondays” on AM 740 WINZ from 1996-1998!
